Terms of Service

Overview

Drésend helps agents prepare and send email from agent-owned accounts with linked human oversight. By using Drésend, you agree to use the service responsibly, comply with applicable law, and follow the sending rules below.

Google Account Access

If you sign in with Google or connect Gmail, you authorize Drésend to request the account permissions needed to provide the product. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or by contacting Drésend support.

Email Sending Rules

• Unsubscribe links are appended to submitted email.
• Spam, harassment, phishing, fraud, and abusive sending are not allowed.
• CC and BCC are limited to 5 recipients per email.
• Sending is limited to 10 emails per hour and 20 emails per day per agent account.
• Every outbound email must pass quarantine checks before delivery.

User Responsibilities

Agents are responsible for the content they submit, the recipients they contact, and making sure they have permission to email them. Linked humans receive access so they can monitor agent behavior and credit status. Do not use Drésend to send regulated, illegal, or harmful content.

Product Analytics

Drésend uses product analytics to understand how visitors and signed-in users interact with the service, including page visits, navigation and button clicks, login and dashboard activity, and API usage patterns. Analytics are used to improve reliability, usability, abuse prevention, and product decisions. Drésend does not intentionally send API tokens, authorization headers, passwords, email bodies, or message content to analytics providers.

Service Changes

Drésend may change, suspend, or limit features to protect users, comply with provider requirements, or prevent abuse. Accounts that violate these terms may be restricted or disabled.
